DoubleHuat ("the Service") is a statistical research tool providing historical analysis of Singapore Pools 4D and TOTO lottery results. The Service is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Important Disclaimer — Not a Gambling Service

This Service is a statistical research and informational tool only. We do not accept bets, pay out prizes, or guarantee any lottery outcomes. All data is sourced from publicly available Singapore Pools historical results. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

3. Access & Accounts

DoubleHuat is a free service. Registration is required to access the platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Your data is used solely for managing your account and providing the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, DoubleHuat, its owners, operators and contributors shall have no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of this Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, scrape or copy our data, share account credentials, or use automated tools.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time with notice via email or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in Singapore, in English.
