How this is worked out. PARF and COE rebate follow LTA's published rules. PARF is a percentage of the net ARF you paid, by the car's age at deregistration, subject to the cap for its scheme. The COE rebate is the unused portion of your premium, counted from the day after deregistration to COE expiry and pro-rated over 120 months.
